LIVE IN PET SITTING TERMS & CONDITIONS

General Terms

> Acceptance of our services constitutes acceptance of our Terms and Conditions and agreement to pay our fees on time.

> We reserve the right to refuse or terminate our service due to security or financial concerns.

> We reserve the right to either impose additional charges and/or terminate this contract if the assignment changes from      the description given by the client and requires more time or responsibility, or if there is a change in the nature of the          mission which could not have been carried out. reasonably anticipated by either party

> We reserve the right to cease providing care services to a client whose pet is aggressive towards us or other animals in        the household.

Pet welfare

> The customer agrees that Fabrice/Trusted Fab Sitter will take any measures he deems appropriate in order to protect           and maintain his animal in good health.

> The client consents to their pet sharing food bowls, water bowls and toys with other animals in the household.

> The client consents to Fabrice/Trusted Fab Sitter feeding their pet(s) as requested.

> The customer confirms that he will be responsible for all costs which may be incurred, veterinary or otherwise, as a result     of any illness, accident or damage caused to or by the animal(s) named above, excluding the civil liability, and that it will     pay these costs or expenses on demand

> If the customer requests that their pet be medicated, they must leave clear instructions in their registered account as well     as a written note with each booking with instructions and signed authorization for us to administer said medications.

 

Veterinary authorization

> The client authorizes Fabrice/TFS to act as guardian of his/her animal(s)

> If for any reason we need to take the client's pet to a veterinarian at short notice, we will take it to the client's designated    veterinarian or failing that an emergency veterinarian.

> The customer authorizes Fabrice/TFS to transport his or her pet(s) to the veterinarian by any means necessary.

> The client agrees that in the event of surgery or euthanasia, Fabrice/TFS will accept the advice of the veterinarian and, if       the client cannot be contacted, the designated emergency contact person will be contacted.

> The customer will be responsible for all transport costs to Fabrice/TFS as well as any veterinary costs that may be incurred.

 

Cat Flap Disclaimer

> Fabrice/TFS cannot be held responsible for any loss of animals having access to an unlocked “cat flap” or any other form    of exit/entry.

> If a pet goes missing, we will continue to visit the customer's home as usual to care for the pet and provide daily                  feedback until the customer returns.

> If we have reason to be concerned, we will always try to contact the customer first, after which we will notify the indicated    emergency contact, the veterinarian and all relevant authorities regarding a potentially missing animal.

 

Damage and theft

> Fabrice/TFS will not be responsible for any damage or injury caused by the customer's pet(s).

> Fabrice/TFS will not be responsible for any theft of the customer's pets.

> Fabrice/TFS cannot be held responsible for any injury/illness suffered by the client's pet(s) unless we can demonstrate         negligence.

> Fabrice/TFS cannot be held responsible for any theft or damage to the customer's property, unless it can be                        demonstrated    that we were negligent.

Reservation and Billing

> To confirm a reservation, the customer must sign a reservation request as soon as possible.

> Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of the invoice, and any cancellation policy will apply from the due date.

> We charge 50% of the total cost no later than 14 days in advance or immediately for reservations made within fifteen            days.

> The full payment must be made 7 days prior to the service start date.

> Please note that our prices are subject to change throughout the year, and the most up-to-date prices will always be            available on our website. The customer is responsible for verifying this information, although we strive to notify all                customers prior to this occurrence.

 

Cancellations

  • Customers can cancel or modify their reservations by emailing us at fabrice.tfs@gmail.com AND ONLY by email.

  • Our cancellation policies apply from the due (payment) date of an invoice, even if the invoice has not yet been paid

  • For cancellations made within (from start date of booking):

  • 14+ days, 100% refund

  • 13 / 7 days, 50% refund

  • Less than 6 days, 0% refund

  • We do not offer refunds/credit for late changes i.e. a reduction of dates made within 48 hours notice of the start date of the booking or during the booking

  • No refunds for early returns

  • We do not offer refunds or credit for cancellations made by the client on the start date of a booking (for the entire booking)

  • Exceptions may be made at our discretion

 

Keys and access

> Once booked, we will need a set of house keys at least 3 days before the booking start date.

> Keys can be collected during the first appointment or provide a code giving access to the house.

 

> The customer must include information regarding any alarms or special access instructions in their online account.

> The client must inform Fabrice/TFS in advance of any visitors (e.g. craftsmen, cleaners, etc.) to the client's property who may pass through the house at the same time.

> During Fabrice/TFS' stay, no other person must live in the house.

> No liability can be attached to Fabrice/TFS if a third party shares access to the client's property or pets.

 

Communications

The client consents to Fabrice/TFS creating a WhatsApp group for their pet(s) (used for updates and queries) and adding any team members involved in the care of said pet(s).
